Please read carefully the terms and conditions governing the use of Ferry Tickets Greece services.

1. The Company

The website ferrytickets-greece.com is operated by ILIA STELLA TOY SPIROU (hereinafter referred to as "Ferry Tickets Greece"), with registered tax number (TIN) 123409801 and Tax Office KEFODE. Our primary activity is the provision of travel mediation services.

2. General Transaction Terms

By accessing and using this website, the user unconditionally accepts the General Terms of Use. Ferry Tickets Greece acts strictly as an intermediary (broker) between the user and the providers of travel services (ferry companies). Consequently, users are also subject to the specific Terms and Conditions of the respective service provider (Ferry Company).

3. Reservation Process

A booking made through our website constitutes a binding order for Ferry Tickets Greece to mediate the issuance of travel services.

  • Confirmation: A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the final confirmation email containing the Booking Reference Number (PNR).
  • Verification: The user is obligated to verify the accuracy of the confirmation email details immediately upon receipt and inform us of any discrepancies.
  • Service Changes: In case of itinerary changes by the ferry operator, we will make every effort to inform the user promptly, provided we have been notified in time by the carrier.

4. Prices & Payment Methods

Ticket prices include the fare, applicable taxes, and the mediation fee of Ferry Tickets Greece. We are not responsible for price fluctuations initiated by the ferry companies before the final issuance of the ticket.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Online bookings are paid exclusively via Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) through a secure banking environment.
  • Tickets are issued only after full payment has been received.

5. Ticket Delivery & Travel Documents

E-Tickets (Web Check-in): Most companies support electronic tickets. You will receive instructions to download your boarding pass to your mobile device.

Printed Tickets: If a company does not support E-Tickets, or if you choose printed tickets, they can be collected from the ferry company's central kiosk at the departure port.

Important: The passenger is solely responsible for possessing valid travel documents (ID, Passport, Visas) required for their journey. Ferry Tickets Greece bears no liability if boarding is denied due to lack of documents.

6. Cancellation & Change Policy

Cancellations and modifications are subject to the specific policy of each ferry company. In addition to any fees charged by the ferry operator, Ferry Tickets Greece applies a service fee of 5.00€ per ticket for processing any change or cancellation request.

Standard Cancellation Rules (Indicative):

Time of Cancellation Refund Amount
Up to 14 days before departure 100% of the fare (minus service fees)
Up to 7 days before departure 75% of the fare
Up to 24 hours before departure 50% of the fare
Less than 12 hours / After departure No Refund (Non-refundable)

Note: Special Offer tickets are usually non-refundable and non-changeable. Open-date tickets must be used within one year of issuance.

To request a cancellation, please email us at booking@ferrytickets-greece.com at least 48 hours before departure (Mon-Fri, 10:00-15:00).

7. Limitation of Liability

Ferry Tickets Greece acts solely as a mediator and shall not be held liable for:

  • Unavailability of services or technical errors on the provider's side.
  • Any injury, damage, or loss of personal property caused by the operation of the ferry services.
  • Events of Force Majeure (strikes, extreme weather conditions, mechanical failures, port delays) that are beyond our control.
  • Additional fees that may be charged by port agents for printing tickets.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, logos, graphics, software) is the exclusive property of Ferry Tickets Greece and is protected by copyright laws. Copying, reproduction, distribution, or resale of any part of this website without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. User Responsibility & Applicable Law

Users must be over 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Users agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. Any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation is prohibited.

These terms are governed by Greek Law. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Greece.
